- The environment was relentlessly demanding with nonstop pressure to hit aggressive targets despite clearly insufficient resources. - Leadership communication was inconsistent and chaotic, with decisions often made without any real understanding of operational impact. - Work-life balance was extremely poor, and burnout felt widespread and unavoidable. - There was a glaring disconnect between upper management and frontline teams that made effective operations nearly impossible.

Managers are highly competent – they really make it easier for people to stay organized and work efficiently. A big part of my job is managing escalations and making sure daily operations run smoothly, so there’s never a boring day. The environment is friendly and supportive; it’s obvious that people care about their work and one another.

Cons

The workload can get heavy, so strong time management skills are essential.
