Consistently poor management, senior leaders have no problem reminding staff that they are replaceable and have zero loyalty in their people, they are short sighted and cost conscience to the detriment of its employees. Pay is low even though employees are held to nearly impossible standards. In addition zero investment is made into the well being and performance of employees. Recruiters will tout the opportunity as hip, growing and full of advancement opportunities. In reality working at Axos is like working in an old school boys club circa 1960. Do yourself a favor and run in the other direction.
