One of the fastest growing banks in America with excellent opportunity to hone your skills, develop new skills and contribute to a successful enterprise. Work closely with talented team members in different departments/areas of expertise and networking opportunities for expanding your career within the bank. Laid back work environment with great perks, health insurance and financial planning.

Cons

May have to get in at entry level position and work your way up the ladder, but ability to network and expand career opportunities in short amount of time.

Pros

Managers are highly competent – they really make it easier for people to stay organized and work efficiently. A big part of my job is managing escalations and making sure daily operations run smoothly, so there’s never a boring day. The environment is friendly and supportive; it’s obvious that people care about their work and one another.

Cons

The workload can get heavy, so strong time management skills are essential.
