Not a place for a female or minorities for that matter. Training horrible. Jealousy lingers in the air a lot.

Pros

Managers are highly competent – they really make it easier for people to stay organized and work efficiently. A big part of my job is managing escalations and making sure daily operations run smoothly, so there’s never a boring day. The environment is friendly and supportive; it’s obvious that people care about their work and one another.

Cons

The workload can get heavy, so strong time management skills are essential.
