Entering my 19th career in banking, and having worked at the biggest to mid-sized banks - the entrepreneurial spirit, team work and what Axos stands for is a breath of fresh air. Axos Bank is One of One, and we are in growth mode. Watch this space!

Pros

Managers are highly competent – they really make it easier for people to stay organized and work efficiently. A big part of my job is managing escalations and making sure daily operations run smoothly, so there’s never a boring day. The environment is friendly and supportive; it’s obvious that people care about their work and one another.

Cons

The workload can get heavy, so strong time management skills are essential.
