Pros

My coworkers were awesome. Annual raises and more time off with seniority were good.

Cons

The company closed our facility with less than 30 days notice. They shredded weed & budding plants and through them away. If things were not going well financially they should have winded down operation and not hastily closed the building. The company clearly didn’t care about the workers at this facility or the plants that we spend hundreds of hours taking care of. CEO doesn’t care about the workers at all. On a tour of our building Sandelman didn’t even respond to techs saying hi — he looked at them like slaves picking cotton.

Pros

I loved working here as a delivery driver, its just that my location got shut down, or run out. Management was great towards us drivers, can't say about the rest of the place but they seemed happy.

Cons

Long hours - if that's not for you.

Pros

-Generous Holiday and PTO plans -Solid benefits package -Relaxed place of work

Cons

-Drama & toxic culture - feels very high school esque, upper management lacks the ability to address unprofessional behaviors and set good examples for the team -Disorganized training - Little to no support for management, you are thrown to the wolves. Sink or swim style. Everyone is burnt out quickly hence the high turnover. -No growth - getting a review or coaching is an afterthought. You will spend each day in survival mode tackling issues as they arise and upper management struggles to keep up with bonus payouts and leadership development.
