Having coworkers trying their best.

Cons

Poor management with no proper Experience. Team leads are never around. Very clicky environment. No one cares about the work morale. All positive reviews are either left by management or employees are paid to leave a positive review. If the health department or GMP came unannounced they would have a field day. Please this company is honestly a waist of your time. Until new management.

I loved working here as a delivery driver, its just that my location got shut down, or run out. Management was great towards us drivers, can't say about the rest of the place but they seemed happy.

-Generous Holiday and PTO plans -Solid benefits package -Relaxed place of work

Cons

-Drama & toxic culture - feels very high school esque, upper management lacks the ability to address unprofessional behaviors and set good examples for the team -Disorganized training - Little to no support for management, you are thrown to the wolves. Sink or swim style. Everyone is burnt out quickly hence the high turnover. -No growth - getting a review or coaching is an afterthought. You will spend each day in survival mode tackling issues as they arise and upper management struggles to keep up with bonus payouts and leadership development.
