Customers associate cannabis with blue lacquer and silver and the uniformity really drives sales. This is also cool because it saves on costs so when they end up laying people off again in your state, you won't have to say goodbye to too many of your friends. Also, at some point early on, they'll gather you all for photos for the diversity and inclusion tab of their website or newsletter so you'll have something to remember them by. AYR largely employees people of color so while you might be one of three people working at any given time, you will have coworkers that will understand how to comfort you when a patient or guest makes a vi*lent or r*cist threat. The chances these guests will be banned are low so it will be important to create a support system amongst yourselves so you are alerted ahead of time when the guest that s*xu*lly harassed previously has returned. AYR also offers employee discounts on their products so you can make up for the lack of upward mobility and inevitable strain or call-outs by spending what little you do make, in-house.
Cons
The mock Apple Store design doesn't attract enough of the wealthy suburban tourists all the marketing materials are geared to so while you wait for that customer to exist - some of your coworkers will have to go to free up some money for third party canvassing teams and startup costs for new store locations.
