I held a management position, yet my treatment was significantly below professional standards. Regrettably, my suggestions were consistently rejected, and the repeated "no" eroded any semblance of motivation. The management team appears to disregard the wealth of talent already within the company and neglect tried and true best practices. For those with aspirations of professional advancement, Ayr is unlikely to fulfill those expectations. The company witnesses a distressing frequency of layoffs, which can erode morale even further; with many deciding to leave the company without another job lined up. The upper management's grasp on the the cannabis industry are limited, (to say the least.) Furthermore, the absence of a functional HR presence was very noticeable. In earnest, people considering a career in the cannabis industry are strongly advised to steer clear of this company.
