Pros

At least I have money to pay bills and not be homeless. But only just enough to exist.

Cons

No loyalty recognition nor loyalty to its employees, stagnant pay rates, four rounds of layoffs in a single year, no care for actually providing employees work-life balance. Their business model is to burnout their employees like disposable garbage and replace them at the soonest sign of strife. This company used to actually care about patients when it was Liberty. Ayr only looks at its employees and its product as cash cows to be reamed dry. We record record profits over and over again but those of us generating the revenue never reap any of the rewards.

Pros

I loved working here as a delivery driver, its just that my location got shut down, or run out. Management was great towards us drivers, can't say about the rest of the place but they seemed happy.

Cons

Long hours - if that's not for you.

Pros

-Generous Holiday and PTO plans -Solid benefits package -Relaxed place of work

Cons

-Drama & toxic culture - feels very high school esque, upper management lacks the ability to address unprofessional behaviors and set good examples for the team -Disorganized training - Little to no support for management, you are thrown to the wolves. Sink or swim style. Everyone is burnt out quickly hence the high turnover. -No growth - getting a review or coaching is an afterthought. You will spend each day in survival mode tackling issues as they arise and upper management struggles to keep up with bonus payouts and leadership development.
