Pros

The people you meet working with you

Cons

The Florida facility is full of OHSA violations, leaky pipes, moldy walls. You are taught inconsistencies left and right and then gaslighted when you ask questions. The company has loopholes for everything and will push hard for production numbers over a quality product. Thanks to poor management there is a high turn-over rate and non-extistent HR. They are not on your side and will drag you into their own politics. This company literally didn't believe me when I told them the non-medicated gummies they had out in the breakroom were switched with medicated ones. Sent more than one person to the hospital. Total shitshow. This place turned me off the cannabis industry for good.

Pros

I loved working here as a delivery driver, its just that my location got shut down, or run out. Management was great towards us drivers, can't say about the rest of the place but they seemed happy.

Cons

Long hours - if that's not for you.

Pros

-Generous Holiday and PTO plans -Solid benefits package -Relaxed place of work

Cons

-Drama & toxic culture - feels very high school esque, upper management lacks the ability to address unprofessional behaviors and set good examples for the team -Disorganized training - Little to no support for management, you are thrown to the wolves. Sink or swim style. Everyone is burnt out quickly hence the high turnover. -No growth - getting a review or coaching is an afterthought. You will spend each day in survival mode tackling issues as they arise and upper management struggles to keep up with bonus payouts and leadership development.
