Pros

Great community, learning opportunities, environment to grow in, and most the people are amazing. The Facility is awesome, and I am going to miss it every day of my life. I learned so much and they taught me everything I know about growing and cultivating.

Cons

Corporate is a joke. HR is 5 people sitting in New Mexico, they have no idea what we do, who we are, or what is going on half the time. They hate us and they don't appreciate the hard work we do. When I tried to speak up about an employee who worked under me being a predator and making multiple advances towards me, I was brushed aside and eventually terminated because he managed to lie about the whole situation despite my mountains of evidence in the contrary against him. The union and the company did nothing to protect me and proper protocols were not followed. It was a gross miscarriage of justice and I got labelled as an intimidating/threatening person rather than the sexual predator who is now continually making other women feel unsafe in the workplace after the fact. But there is nothing I can do about it now as I have since been terminated and locked out as I was his superior. Nobody ever spoke to me or got my side of the story even though he was spoken to multiple times, I guess that's just the society we live in.

Pros

I loved working here as a delivery driver, its just that my location got shut down, or run out. Management was great towards us drivers, can't say about the rest of the place but they seemed happy.

Cons

Long hours - if that's not for you.

Pros

-Generous Holiday and PTO plans -Solid benefits package -Relaxed place of work

Cons

-Drama & toxic culture - feels very high school esque, upper management lacks the ability to address unprofessional behaviors and set good examples for the team -Disorganized training - Little to no support for management, you are thrown to the wolves. Sink or swim style. Everyone is burnt out quickly hence the high turnover. -No growth - getting a review or coaching is an afterthought. You will spend each day in survival mode tackling issues as they arise and upper management struggles to keep up with bonus payouts and leadership development.
