Pros

Pay was good for position 90 percent of the people were great to be around

Cons

The company can't pay for things and credit cards get declined frequently. You will get strung along with constantly being told they'd get back to you on promises Unprofessional and **hostile** environment. They promise to reimburse for mileage but won't pay you back until you ask 5+ times. Still have not received the $75 background/fingerprint reimbursement that I was told would be on my first or second paycheck. This happened with A LOT of employees. I was skeptical after being scheduled for an interview on a major holiday and reading reviews before I took this job. While there are some positives and it wasn't all bad, it's not a serious place to work.

Pros

I loved working here as a delivery driver, its just that my location got shut down, or run out. Management was great towards us drivers, can't say about the rest of the place but they seemed happy.

Cons

Long hours - if that's not for you.

Pros

-Generous Holiday and PTO plans -Solid benefits package -Relaxed place of work

Cons

-Drama & toxic culture - feels very high school esque, upper management lacks the ability to address unprofessional behaviors and set good examples for the team -Disorganized training - Little to no support for management, you are thrown to the wolves. Sink or swim style. Everyone is burnt out quickly hence the high turnover. -No growth - getting a review or coaching is an afterthought. You will spend each day in survival mode tackling issues as they arise and upper management struggles to keep up with bonus payouts and leadership development.
