Bonus twice per year! Good pay and great benefits and perks! Growing company, with No Debt!

Cons

Hard work, if you're afraid of getting dirty, it's not for you! Salary employees work 45-50+ per week! Not a lot of Flexible scheduling, unless you work at the home office!

Low-stress and very friendly. They are always very helpful even if you make mistake. The company culture is not toxic and over all there is a sense of community within the company

There's some freedom to produce how you want, but mostly a hierarchy.

Cons

You will be yelled at in Grocery retail. You may be subject to uncomfortable situations. And the President might yell at your Supervisor, because of you!
