Managers here will lie to you and create no-win scenarios for these undesirable employees so they can have excuses to fire them besides blatant discrimination. If you speak out against this treatment, they will find legal ways to punish you and make sure you cannot work again the job field, or even hope to be able to live a normal life. It's clear in their holiday messages that they discriminate against Christians. If you working for them on a contract to hire position, they will enter verbal agreements with you, informing you multiple times that you get the full-time hire, but then pretend like it never happened.
