The RN is responsible for everything. Answering the question phones, hand written charting, taking care of patients, etc.

It was very easy to get overtime. They tend to promote from within.

Cons

Being understaffed made tasks much more difficult for the entire team to keep up, but we’d get yelled at and belittled by supervisors. Many employees have no psych understanding. Micro-managing. Unprofessional staff who boss other staff around. Many staff members are not professional with clients. Lack of compassion. Low pay.
