Great floor staff on adult units Good EDO people who do their best with tough customers One good supervisor who works on nights, and the rest don't know how to do the nurse's job and therefore can't help when intakes are out the door. Some that do are more focused on their school work.

Some good psychologists that do care Most Groups run by student psychologists New nurses are feed to the wolves with limited support by management, no real preceptorship training or program. Paper charting and instructed to chart to the negative on patients. Too many intakes with consideration to staff capacity to maintain unit safety. Use cameras to write people up Management of three units is weak and focused on passing inspections Some Medications not available due to costs and patients told to bring their own. One seclusion room and highly volatile unit. Staff too young to have bigger picture sensibilites
