Lots of opportunity for growth and a good stepping stone facility

Cons

Nothing is truly confidential. Management does not have your back and will play favorites. Pay and benefits are also unfair. Lots of times, it seemed like we were over worked and underpaid.

It was very easy to get overtime. They tend to promote from within.

Cons

Being understaffed made tasks much more difficult for the entire team to keep up, but we’d get yelled at and belittled by supervisors. Many employees have no psych understanding. Micro-managing. Unprofessional staff who boss other staff around. Many staff members are not professional with clients. Lack of compassion. Low pay.
