Terrible pay, poor management - Floor Staff BHC Alhambra Hosptial Employee Review

Great environment to work in.

No cons to report from my experience.

It was very easy to get overtime. They tend to promote from within.

Being understaffed made tasks much more difficult for the entire team to keep up, but we’d get yelled at and belittled by supervisors. Many employees have no psych understanding. Micro-managing. Unprofessional staff who boss other staff around. Many staff members are not professional with clients. Lack of compassion. Low pay.
