Pros

- Fellow co-workers are great (most of them are family people so don't expect to buddy around after work a lot) and supportive. - Promising product that fills gaps where other competitors fail such Intuit Quickbooks

Cons

- Dead-end career... There is no moving on you are stuck in your position forever, very little employee recognition! You might find yourself working late hours and you probably won’t get a thank you for it! - Horrible mid to upper level management who takes little interest in you as an individual, lack of focus and lack of communication (probably why so many people come and go). - Extremely old school - that's pretty much for everything, outdated ux/ui experience...marketing mediocrity...poor customer support, we try in so many areas but not amazing in any of them. - Other Thoughts: Campus - middle of nowhere (no food places nearby), Free lunches – never (they have lunch delivered once a week and then make you pay for it), gym - nope, EV chargers – nope, sign up bonus - nope! 401k – Very poor, It has no start- up vibe, company has absolutely no interest in employee retention and useless HR. privately held company with 7 rounds of VC money and little prospect of IPO for now.

Pros

- Bill has a superpower of hiring the kindest people. They're patient and humorous. And I mean every employee. - The work life balance is amazing. - They pay very competitively for Utah.

Cons

I don't have any complaints

Pros

The compensation package is pretty great. The Supplier Growth team has a floor commission policy that guarantees commission payouts without having to close any deals.

Cons

- The "product" is terrible. They charge 6 figures to basically generate a daily excel spreadsheet that's not customizable and can pretty much only be delivered to the customer via email. It's the worst SaaS product I've ever seen - The GTM strategy is focused on how to cause more pain for the prospects to force them into a purchase rather than actually trying to offer a valuable solution that solves problems - The "solution" that is sold addresses a problem that BILL itself created - There is 0 training whatsoever, you're given a mentor and are supposed to just reach out to them every time you need help with something, which is extremely frequent because there are a million ad-hoc tasks thrown at you that don't help you progress deals in any way - There is never a Close Lost deal. If you get a no, the expectation is to "find a new path" and continuously reach out to other employees at the company
