Pros
-Very smart and experienced leadership team that is very approachable and they really listen to and respond to employee feedback and ideas. Management is very transparent as they share financial performance and the product roadmap with employees. -The culture is welcoming and authentic and everyone acts like themselves and they have fun doing it. Very little ego or politics within the company, as everyone seems committed to making the best decisions to help the team. -The majority of the managers seem to have their employee's best interests in mind. There are occasional long hours but not as frequent as other startups I've worked for. -The company is growing fast because the product is very useful and easy to sell.
Cons
-The pace of growth brings some problems. For one thing, everyone has to spend a lot of time interviewing potential new employees. For another, growth means every week there are more desks and fewer marginal spaces (conference rooms) until we get more office space, and the people you're sitting next to today are unlikely to be the people you're sitting next to two months from now. -The rapid growth also means that a lot of the processes aren't as set in stone as they are at larger/more stable companies. So at times, no one really has a good idea of how to go about it.
