Pros

None that I can think of right now.

Cons

The new C-Suite leadership is so out of touch. CPO has cleaned house and brought in her own senior leaders from her previous job. There's no career growth for existing BILL employees in Product. Product is thick with VPs, Sr. Directors, Director levels, most of whom are inexperienced. The layoffs seem to have been mostly ICs. Even with all these directors and above, the company seems to have no product direction, no strategy, constant reorgs, and shifting priorities. It's hard to be productive in this environment. You’ll never have enough resources (eng, design, or research folks) for your teams, but will still be asked to meet out of reach KPIs and goals. Leaders will tell you to “be creative” In figuring out how to get it all done. Advice is to stay away. It used to be great, but now it’s a totally different place. The pay is very low compared to other companies and there’s very little to no career growth.

Pros

- Bill has a superpower of hiring the kindest people. They're patient and humorous. And I mean every employee. - The work life balance is amazing. - They pay very competitively for Utah.

Cons

I don't have any complaints

Pros

The compensation package is pretty great. The Supplier Growth team has a floor commission policy that guarantees commission payouts without having to close any deals.

Cons

- The "product" is terrible. They charge 6 figures to basically generate a daily excel spreadsheet that's not customizable and can pretty much only be delivered to the customer via email. It's the worst SaaS product I've ever seen - The GTM strategy is focused on how to cause more pain for the prospects to force them into a purchase rather than actually trying to offer a valuable solution that solves problems - The "solution" that is sold addresses a problem that BILL itself created - There is 0 training whatsoever, you're given a mentor and are supposed to just reach out to them every time you need help with something, which is extremely frequent because there are a million ad-hoc tasks thrown at you that don't help you progress deals in any way - There is never a Close Lost deal. If you get a no, the expectation is to "find a new path" and continuously reach out to other employees at the company
