Pros

Leading authority in global standards. Well-documented EEO and Diversity frameworks. High-level exposure to global projects and diverse teams.

Cons

Significant barriers exist for high-performing FTEs in regional offices to relocate to the UK HQ. Despite holding "Global" titles, talented individuals are often restricted to their local hubs. Diversity initiatives appear focused on compliance rather than facilitating upward or international career equity.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review and for recognising our work in driving global standards and inclusion. We’re committed to supporting career growth for all colleagues through a wide range of initiatives, including mentorships, apprenticeships, career coaching, continuous learning and our “squiggly career” approach. We also maintain clear and consistent global policies to guide our internal career progression. Colleagues interested in opportunities within or beyond their current location are assessed fairly under our 'Internal Career Move' and 'Permanent International Relocation' policies, where applicable. We’re proud to have many success stories from colleagues across all levels and regions who have progressed into new roles within our global network!
