Thank you for your feedback which BSI takes very seriously. At BSI we have a clear vision and direction of how the business should run, and this message has been cascaded to all employees at all times. The way we implement this communication message to all employees is by having regular town hall meetings for office based employees, as well as at least four communications days for all field based staff per year, where we outline progress against our goals and vision. We have put our top 100 managers through a leadership development program and are now embarking on a similar program for all our next tier managers.
