Pros
Honestly, not much. I did, however, appreciate the 4-weeks vacation with a week off for Christmas (but they work you to the bone so you never get to use it)
Cons
Typical high pressure sales job of building the pipeline and having to hit your monthly sales goal. They say it's "consultative sales" but it's just your stereotypical transactional sales role - get the client to sign the dotted line and move on to the next. The lead structure is broken. Most leads go to the inside sales team or the business development managers. When you combine the lack of leads and high pressure sales goal obtainment, all the sales people are constantly fighting for their "fair share." This results in ZERO teamwork amongst the sales organization - it's every person for themselves. If you're a young, pushy sales person who wants to fight (and hunt) for every scrap, put in long hours, and work with unhappy clients, customers, and co-workers, then this job is perfect for you!
