Yes - our management team is experienced, competent and prepared to coach teams to achieve superior performance. Team and individual targets are adequately set-up and regularly monitored throughout the year. In fact, BSI Americas has more than doubled its business in the last 7 years under a stable leadership team and has become a leading organization in its sector working with nearly 50% of Fortune 500 companies.
For well over a century, BSI has developed as a business that is dynamic, trusted, innovative and resilient. We provide a total compensation package based on market, competence, and experience. BSI uses a pay for performance model and evaluates performance on an annual basis – at minimum. We celebrate our achievements, giving the credit to our people; our people are our most critical asset.
