8yBSI welcomes feedback and continues to innovate solutions to support the success of our sales organization. On an on-going basis BSI collects, through our employee engagement survey’s, your voice. We are actively empowering our stakeholders to continuously improve our organization.
Like most large organizations, BSI is continuously reviewing and updating its approach to customer engagement and sales management. We continue to invest in our sales capability, competence and tools to refine and change how we interact with our customers in response to market conditions and changing customer buying patterns. The pace of change in this area has been exponential in the last few years, with buyers now far more engaged and further down their decision making than ever before. We are always striving to keep pace and equip our sales teams with the tools and environment for collective and individual success.
While disappointing to hear, your comments are of great use as we seek to continuously improve the BSI experience for both our customers and our sales staff. For some time now we have had a sales council to put forward suggestion for improvement. It is a great shame that your comments and thoughts have not made it to this feedback body prior to your exit.
