Micromanagement, low pay, most anti-sales "sales" organization, ever. When starting - you will be told it will be like running your own business. Lol. Do yourself a favor and run, run while you can! You will constantly be micromanaged and asked to do a lot of reporting and administrative tasks that have nothing to do with sales. Not sure about the top management in the company, but my day does not have 48 hours. They hired some sales management training consultants that developed their "sales training and system". Let me tell you that these consultants have never seen sales, even from a train, since the idea is for the sales person to be able to perform their job and sell - but not with these clowns who try so hard to make consultative sales into some kind of sophisticated science on the borderline with a PhD level theory (no one obviously told them, there are no PhDs in Sales) - all the while bombarding you with senseless / non-sales related tasks to do. In other words, you will be asked to report, report, developed strategies, report some more, admin. tasks, don't forget to report this and that while staying in line with their "model" .....by this time you realize, there is no time to sell anything - but, oh, wait - here is more senseless stuff for you to do! It's like them asking you to tell them what you gonna do and how you gonna do it, while you can't ever actually get around to doing it! On top of it all, you will be tasked with general customer service & doing the work of other useless departments like Operations, Certificates, Training that are stretched thin and overworked. It felt surreal working there. I was always waiting for the secret camera crew to jump out and tell me I was being pranked. They have no confidence in their sales people and as such see the need to micromanage you to the bone. Only accept this job if you want to be overworked, not have time for yourself & family and be underpaid in a dead end job. Their sales targets are unreasonable, btw, as well. They are a joke.

While disappointing to hear, your comments are of great use as we seek to continuously improve the BSI experience for both our customers and our sales staff. For some time now we have had a sales council to put forward suggestion for improvement. It is a great shame that your comments and thoughts have not made it to this feedback body prior to your exit.
