The past 12-18 months have definitely seen quite a few changes across the entire organization as we transition to the next phase of development across our business. Team structures have undergone considerable change to maximize business operations as well as the client experience. In our world of plan-do-check-act, we are continually assessing our efforts and implementing change which can understandably feel disorganized.
