      Great benefits. Solid ,well-diversified, highly stable company. Good life-work balance with higher than averagy paid vacation plan. New solutions and offerings constantly being added in with the core products and services.

      Cons

      Executive management does not plan well for changes and new market development. Commission and comp plans are complicated, convoluted, and extremely below industry averages and comparable positions with other organizations.
