The only thing that stops me leaving is that I've assessed 100s of companies and the grass isn't greener in most cases. Better the devil you know...
Cons
No work life balance; much of the work is done in own time and puts stress on family life and relationships. Poor concept of working locally. Lack of transparancy in the Lead reward process. PDR process is not taken seriously by all managers.
