The masquerade continues - Anonymous employee BSI Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. As a business, we expect some people to leave every year because personal situations change. The average tenure of our employees is increasing. Since 2011, we have consistently grown and have increased our headcount by 26% . As with any organization, opportunities for advancement vary from period to period. BSI fosters growth as well as movement from within – in 2014, we had 7 people who were promoted from within the organization. BSI also encourages lateral movements and movement across countries. We have several employees who are seconded to the USA from other countries – and from the USA to other countries. Salaries vary among position and experience of the individual. Following the last employee engagement survey, we recognized that more work needed to be done to ensure that employees understood their pay relative to the market and their contribution. Our PDR process was revamped and improved to show better alignment between not only what we do but how we get things gone.
