Pros
Great working environment, great people, willing to help ... there is almost a community feel to this company .. interesting work and industry. This is one of the only company i have worked in where i am actually excited to go to work not because of the work i do, but because of the people i work with. you can always hear people laughing and joking with one another. overall, it is a very happy work environment
Cons
pay is not the best, They are always below market price. Each department sometimes seem to be working against the other (although i most say there has been some improvement .. They could do a better job withe training since the service offered is of a very complex nature No real path to growth ... Management seems to be in their own world...
