Underpaid positions across the company, rather loose talent than pay their due, and then pay double for an unexplored candidate,you got to wait for a miracle to get a decent increase, they never keep their promises. No consistency in their decisions to increment salary’s It’s a 24/7 job No real growth possibility, nor plan in place You better train and learn by yourself, nobody else will. Not even when you are new, they do however have great tools for it, but no plan from upper management to develop people.
