Pros

The leadership is fully engaged with the employees and genuinely care about their well-being. The compensation package for intelligence personnel (salary, vacation time, health benefits, and 401K) is competitive to if not better than other companies with OCONUS Intelligence Analyst positions.

Cons

I've haven't had a negative experience during my employment (1 year and counting) with the company.

We feel that our program takes as much stress off of our people as possible by not only taking care of them financially, but taking care of their logistical needs.
