Pros

I really like the company culture where they treat the employees like members of the family, not as just people generating revenue. Also, the breadth of interesting work we do gives us a chance to see professional growth opportunities over time. The benefits are really generous, especially for a company of this size.

Cons

The back office is small so sometimes personnel actions can take longer than I would like.
