I've been working for BTS Software solutions as a deployed contractor for less than a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. They are a small and innovative company with continuing growth. They offer very a generous benefit package, and care about the well-being of their employees. I have had the pleasure to meet the CEO, David Tohn and the Chief Revenue Officer, Thomas Bohne who took the new recruits out to lunch in Maryland, and it was a pleasure to hear them talk about various exciting projects that BTS was involved in, as well as acknowledged our career goals, and planned to do everything they can to help support that. If I had any issues, they were very quick to respond and do everything they can to help to solve any problems.
