David and Tom do a really good job of communicating with you. They're very helpful and will do they're best to make sure you get the answers you need. I actually had dinner with David, the CEO of BTS, which is something I didn't see any of the other companies in my tranche do. They make you feel like you're a part of the team and not just somebody filling a billet for them. The team also does a really great job at staying in touch and constantly updating you on what's going on with the company even after you're deployed. Several others working similar positions for different companies don't have that as far as I've seen/heard. From what I've seen from others is that they have minimal contact with their employer once deployed. Really great at communicating information in a timely manner.
