Pros

I have only been at BTS a couple months, but there are a lot of pros so far. The management team seems to be very flexible and attentive. You are treated like an individual and an adult. The company offers good benefits and seems to put a lot of effort into making sure employees are happy. You are encouraged to work in whichever way delivers the best results and there is a lot of room to try and learn new things.

Cons

The company is small, so it has many of the cons that come with any small company - job security is less than it would be in many larger companies, the office can be quiet at times and the client portfolio could be more diversified.

Thank you for your comments. The leadership and entire team is always active in growing our customer base and most of our employees work at the customer sites or are in Afghanistan. The best part of being small and having a lean overhead is that we can focus on our people and apply all of our resources to serving our customers and growing the business.
