Since 2015 when David Tohn took over as CEO, BTS has focused on building a small and competent leadership team that focuses on communication and effective program management. This has eliminated the need for unnecessary middle management all together. We have turned into a flat organization and eliminated the communication barrier between our people and the C-Suite. We pride ourselves on our level of collaboration.
