Pros
The company is growing! They just brought on a new division, Verb8tm, and there’s a lot of new contracts in the works. Despite the growth, it still maintains a startup feel – people wear many “hats” and there is great team mentality. There are also a lot of side perks - they bring food in every Thursday, and there’s a café with a fully stocked coke fridge and snacks. The office is brand new and features a game room and gym. Also, in an economy where benefits are typically being cut, it’s not the case here – benefits are awesome! Insurance is FREE with a company-provided HSA, unlimited PTO, and 3 months paid maternity/paternity leave.
Cons
There have been some changes in company structure which keeps you on your toes, but it’s to be expected when a company is growing with new divisions being added. You just go with it, and it’s ultimately a good thing.
