Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback. We appreciate that you recognize the great Backstoppers that you work with and how great the software is for the alternative investment industry. We acknowledge that as a growing organization, we experience growing pains - including a re-alignment necessary to stay on track with strategic growth and scalability. Now that is behind us, and we are excited about our future. Specific, detailed feedback we get from employees is quite helpful and we use it at every opportunity to recalibrate. We are committed to taking necessary steps to make Backstop a better place to work. We encourage informal, real-time feedback; the management team and I are always approachable and available. We solicit formal feedback through various employee surveys and focus groups. We could use even more participation in our upcoming eNPS survey, and would love to see everyone be part of strengthening our culture together. While we are well established and an industry leader, we know we have to continue to prove ourselves every day.
