We hope this guess informs a good response. Feedback from current and former employees caused us to pivot our go-forward strategy, team structure, and leadership of this part of our platform. We recognize that it is a highly specialized aspect of what we do and what our clients need in their day-to-day operations, so Backstop has hired a new head of the division to steer us better in investing in our people, platform, and product. He brings a great deal of domain experience, and the new structure will leverage existing institutional knowledge while creating internal career growth for the remaining team members. We are also investing heavily in our core platform and working with leading cloud technologies, frameworks, and architectures such as React, Mongo, Container-based microservices, Real-time data pipelines, and ML Services from AWS.
