Having a weekly delivery of avocados for avocado toast is the best! We are also glad that you appreciate the work/ life balance aspect of Unlimited Time Off. Both our SVP of People & Development and COO have open-door policy and would welcome a brainstorming session to address any operational effectiveness challenges the leaner teams are feeling.

Loved the team I was on. Processes are lock-tight with stellar internal trainings and resources to prepare you for your role. Help was always available from leadership. Pay and benefits were good too.

Cons

Volume of work was way too high creating burnout. Culture was too political and mainly leaning one way. Executives can be way too harsh toward middle management seeing this on more than one occasion on calls.
