Thanks for the feedback. In regard to our kind and intelligent people we completely agree and feel it takes one to know one:-) It’s disappointing to hear you feel unrecognized for your achievements. However, we are puzzled by your comments related to exploitation of our corporate culture. Whenever a member of the Backstop Team submits a letter of resignation, we hold extensive exit interviews in order to learn more about their overall experience within the company. We value learning and growth above all, and within our previous feedback, this theme has never been voiced. As you know we are staunchly protective of the collaborative culture and go to great lengths to cultivate our growth mindset. Here is where we need proactive colleagues like you to help us.
