We see your “messy” and raise you ‘organized chaos. ’ What you see as a shortcoming we embrace because it lends itself to innovation. Conversely our products are best in class and you don’t have to take our word for it. That is from the POV of our 850+ clients that use our products every day and numerous tech awards. Our leadership has made no secret that much of our annual revenue is being reinvested back into growing our products we are constantly improving. It isn’t for everyone and we understand that without hard feelings.

Loved the team I was on. Processes are lock-tight with stellar internal trainings and resources to prepare you for your role. Help was always available from leadership. Pay and benefits were good too.

Cons

Volume of work was way too high creating burnout. Culture was too political and mainly leaning one way. Executives can be way too harsh toward middle management seeing this on more than one occasion on calls.
