Pros

This used to be a great place to work. Still has some good people there.

Cons

Toxic environment. They are in serious need for some management - any management. They are very poor when it comes to evaluating talent. They show no loyalty. At best I would say they are inept but it is their lack of ethics that concerned me the most.

Pros

Loved the team I was on. Processes are lock-tight with stellar internal trainings and resources to prepare you for your role. Help was always available from leadership. Pay and benefits were good too.

Cons

Volume of work was way too high creating burnout. Culture was too political and mainly leaning one way. Executives can be way too harsh toward middle management seeing this on more than one occasion on calls.
