I know our managers and leaders to be some of the most caring and conscientious I have encountered in my career, but I also know them to be human. Meaning miscommunication is possible, and sometimes we all have a bad day. I believe this to be the case in your example, and if you are still employed with us to share these concerns with our SVP of P&D more directly and engage in a dialogue so that we can improve.
