Thank you so much for your feedback. We are delighted that you shouted out our strengths in collaboration and work/life balance. We are flattered that you are attending and find value in company events. We are concerned that you believe you are knowingly being underpaid. We wouldn’t purposely do that. We implore you to come to both People & Development as well as your people manager to address your compensation as we need more context. We hope you bear in mind that external compensation is soaring because of the Great Resignation and we are doing our best to compete. The long-term direction resulting from the acquisition plans are still being defined and will be share more broadly so stay tuned for more.
