Pros

Your peers you work with are nice people. Nice office space.

Cons

Poor leadership. Lack of collaboration from lower level employees. Toxic work environment. Lacks career growth opportunities. The sales quotas are unrealistic and they will sell you on unrealistic compensation packages. Lack of diversity.

We are processing your feedback. Thanks for complementing our people and our work environment as we are glad you were able to leverage both. The writeup checks the box on a litany of buzz words and we are scratching our heads a bit with your “do better” advice and “lack of diversity” comment. In regard to advancement, our BDR team has grown significantly this last year, expanding globally in EMEA and APAC. The career track in this role has been built so that each rep is set up for success and moves within 6-9 months to the next step in their career development plan. The success measurements are achievable as evidenced by multiple promotions in this quarter alone. We also offer a self-directed learning budget and mentorship program to further advance your skills and build your network. It’s unfortunate you feel like there is a lack of collaboration and unrealistic MQLs, but we understand this type of role isn’t for everyone. We wish you well in the next chapter of your journey.

Pros

Loved the team I was on. Processes are lock-tight with stellar internal trainings and resources to prepare you for your role. Help was always available from leadership. Pay and benefits were good too.

Cons

Volume of work was way too high creating burnout. Culture was too political and mainly leaning one way. Executives can be way too harsh toward middle management seeing this on more than one occasion on calls.
