Worked with a couple great people. Majority of employees will gone before you learn their name.
Cons
They had a deal with the state of ND a few years back to have inmates work there, kindoff a rehabilitation program. Not long after the program was active inmates involved contacted lawyer to represent them in class action against BB and State of ND. It became apparent after a short time to inmates forced to work at Baker Boy that it was Cruel and unusual punishment. Court decided in favor of inmates They Won....... Thats why they have an 80% turnover rate.
